Indonesia has a lot of variety of delicious food yet unique to satisfy your craving.
One of the unique Indonesian food that I have found recently in Singapore is Nasi Lemak Bakar from Spice by Dien.
Spice by Dien offers few different flavours of Nasi Lemak Bakar (Grilled Nasi Lemak): Cumi Petai (Stir Fried Squid and Petai), Udang Petai Balado (Balado Petai and Prawn), Ayam Suir Pedas (Spicy Shredded Chicken) and Ikan Suwir Balado (Balado Shredded Fish). You can choose two flavours combination on one Nasi Lemak Bakar.
I try few combinations of Nasi Lemak Bakar. All of the flavours that they have are very very delicious. It’s savory, tasty and the topping portions that they give are a lot. It’s very generous of them.
Other than Nasi Lemak Bakar, I also try Beef Rendang, Supreme Risolles, Bitterballen, Dien’s Signature Chilli and Dien’s Sambal.
Spice by Dien’s Beef Rendang is made from scratch. The beef is tender and Rendang sauce is very savory and very good to eat with the rice.
Supreme Risolles is a more filling portions of Risolles. Risolles is one of Indonesian fried snacks that I love to eat. I like this Risolles a lot because it’s tasty and the filling is super a lot.
Bitterballen has beef and cheese. The cheese melts when you bite it. It’s yummy.
Dien’s Signature Chilli and Dien’s Sambal are shiokly nice. For sambal lovers, you must try these.
I am truly amazed with all of the Spices by Dien’s food. It’s authentically a delicious Indonesian dishes.
