I like Japanese curry rice. How about you?
If you are the same like me, have you ever try The Japanese Curry Shop at Liang Court?
This Japanese Curry Rice place is one of the most delicious Japanese curry rice that I have ever tried in Singapore.
Since my working place is quite a short distance to Liang Court, I am occasionally having lunch at this place and try a few different menus that they have.
For today, I want to share with you one of the recommended dish by the owner: Rousu Katsu ($12.30) and my favourite side dish: Croquette ($1.60).
Rousu Katsu is a Pork Loin Cutlets while Croquette contains Potato and mixed Vegetables.
The key that makes this dish so delicious is their Japanese curry. The curry taste superb. Pork Loin Cutlets are also tender inside and crispy outside.
They put the curry sauce separately so you can pour it yourself slowly mixing it with rice and pork on every mouthful.
Since I like potato so much and this Croquette taste delicious, I almost order Croquette every time when I visit this place. The good thing in this place is that they will only fry the Croquette upon ordering to make this Croquette crunchy.
I feel satisfied every time eating at this place.
Btw, I heard the news that all the shop inside Liang Court will be vacated this year due to major renovation things. So grab this chance by visiting this place before it’s closed down.
