Today I will share with you another food stall located inside Bugis street named Thumbs Up.
Thumbs Up is selling a lot of varieties of street snacks such as Kaya Ball, Traditional Pancake, Crispy Pancake, Crepe, Nonya Kueh, Dumplings, Hakka Abacus Yam Cake, Hakka Soon Kueh and many more. You will be amazed with super a lot of street snacks varieties that you can find in this shop to satisfy your craving.
Since Thumbs Up is selling so many snacks and this is my first time visit, I am trying to observe which snacks that most people buy. Appearantely, most people buy their Hakka Abacus Yam Cake. So I also decide to try it.
The price of this Hakka Abacus Yam Cake is $5.
The portion wise, they give quite big portion of this Hakka Abacus Yam Cake. The taste wise, it’s quite tasty. It’s also chewy and not dry. I can appreciate this street snack taste.
Fyi, it’s a bit hard to find shop in Singapore selling this Hakka Abacus Yam Cake, so when you go to Bugis Street, don’t forget to visit Thumbs Up and try their Hakka Abacus Yam Cake 😀.
