Other than trying Oddball at Uncle Ringo Escapade (Marina Bay) , I also tried a heavy lunch “Braised Pork Rice” at TieFunWan.
At Uncle Ringo Escapade, they only have one menu which is Braised Pork Rice.
Their Braised Pork Rice contains of Signature Braised Pork, Premium Japanese Pearl Rice and 63 Degree Onsen Egg.
The looks of this braised pork rice seems very delicious. It makes me curious to try.
During chit chat with the chef, I understand that he is very proud of his Braised Pork. It is indeed yummy.
While some people eat Onsen Egg at last, I straight away mixed 63 Degree Onsen Egg with the rice to get richer taste when eating together with the Braised Pork.
This Braised Pork Rice is delicate.
