Hi all. Today I will share with you one well known shop selling dim sum named Tiong Bahru Pau.
I believe most of you who stay in Singapore have tried these dim sum from Tiong Bahru Pau before. Even though most of you already have tried it, I hope you are still willing to read this review. For the one who haven’t tried before, do try after reading this review😀.
This time, I try three different dim sum items from Tiong Bahru Pau which are Big Pau, Fried Spring Roll and Phoenix Puff.
Since from the name itself mentioned “Pau”, I highly believe that their speciality is Pau. So for the first timer, do try their Big Pau. Their Big Pau is delicious and the meat is tender. It’s best to eat while it’s still hot.
I am surprised with their Fried Spring Roll. This Fried Spring Roll toppings and taste are similar like Indonesian style Fried Spring Roll. It’s crispy and tasty. I like it so much. It’s definitely a must order dim sum for me.
The last dim sum item is Phoenix Puff. Perhaps you are wondering what is this “Phoenix Puff”. Yeah me too!
Let me try to describe it. Phoenix Puff is a round shape puff with egg and meat inside the puff. So maybe they named it Phoenix Puff because it looks like Phoenix egg….hehehe.
This Phoenix Puff is yummy and also my favourite.
