Today I will share another Halal beef noodle that is located inside Chinatown Point named Tongue Tip Lanzhou Beef Noodles.
Tongue Tip Lanzhou Beef Noodles is a famous beef noodle restaurant that has few branches in Singapore.
Based on the internet reviews, Tongue Tip Lanzhou Beef Noodles had many positive reviews, so I was really excited to try this beef noodle.
They have quite many different dishes to try. Since this was the first time I tried Tongue Tip Lanzhou Beef Noodles cuisine, they suggested to try Signature Beef Noodles.
Signature Beef Noodles has two different sizes: $10.90 for small size and $13.90 for large size.
I tried the small size.
For the noodles itself, they had quite a lot different types of noodles and I tried Triangle noodles.
As an authentic Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles, they made the noodles themselves from the scratch. I knew about this because I saw it myself with my own eyes that they really made it.
The other good thing about this restaurant was that they were quite fast on managing the sitting arrangements and serving the dishes.
Signature Beef Noodles comes with quite a lot beef, radish, noodles and soup.
Upon ordering, they asked me whether I preferred it to be spicy or not and I chose not spicy.
Actually this Signature Beef Noodles was quite nice, but the thing was the overall taste that came from each ingredients didn’t blend up nicely. Perhaps they didn’t cooked all ingredients together, so the taste from different ingredients didn’t sync perfectly.
The beef was tender enough, but the radish was still quite hard. I think if they cooked it a little bit longer, the radish texture would became nicer.
Overall this beef noodle taste was not bad, but I still preferred Nuodle version.
