Today I will share with you one place selling western food inside Cookhouse by Koufu Punggol Waterway Point named Western Cowboy.
Since this is the first time I try Western Cowboy’s dish, I play safe by choosing one of their signature dishes: Chicken Carbonara.
They ask me whether I want to order a la carte or a set (comes with fries, mushroom soup and salad). I choose a la carte and request to take away this Chicken Carbonara.
Chicken Carbonara ($7.90) consists of Chicken Chop with Spaghetti Carbonara.
The Chicken Chop is tender and tasty. It also has crisp texture on the top side of the chicken and has golden colour that definitely will make you drool when you see it.
Spaghetti is perfectly cooked. You also need to mix the spaghetti with carbonara sauce before you eat it because they don’t mix it before they serve the food. The Spaghetti Carbonara is creamy and yummy.
They also generously give a lot of spaghetti and they serve this Spaghetti Carbonara in hot condition (both Chicken Chop and Spaghetti Carbonara).
I kind of like this Spaghetti Carbonara. It’s a good option to try if you are craving for western food at Waterway Point.
