This $1 pancake stall name is Win Win Peanut Pancake.
Win Win Peanut Pancake is selling three fillings types of pancake: Peanut, Red Bean and Coconut.
I believed their signature one was Peanut, but because during the time I was there, he freshly made the Red Bean Pancake, so I ordered the Red Bean Pancake instead.
I guessed I was lucky that I could try this pancake that was just made, so the outer layer was very crispy and the centre of the pancake was very fluffy.
The red bean filling was also nice and not too sweet.
