Littletigeradventure recently landed at Redhill Food Centre and tried delicious hor fun at Wok Hei Hor Fun.
From the google reviews, it seemed that there were not much people review it, but based on each review that I monitored, the food at Wok Hei Hor Fun seemed promising. So I decided to give it a try.
From the menu, they are selling not only hor fun. They also have Ginger Onion Beef / Sliced Fish Rice, Ginger Onion Pork / Pork Ribs King Rice, Lala White Bee Hoon, Fried Prawn Paste Chicken and Oyster Sauce Vegetables.
But since this food stall name clearly mentioned about hor fun, I decided to try Beef Hor Fun ($5.50).
They were quite fast in making this Beef Hor Fun. It’s a good thing if you are rushing for your lunch time.
The hor fun portion was quite huge and they were also generous on giving the beef. The beef was also tender and nice.
I could also taste wok hey in this Beef Hor Fun and it’s best to eat while it’s still hot.
Overall I like this beef hor fun and I really don’t mind keep eating this frequently, but too bad it’s far from my place 😅.
You can also try it, especially if you are lazy to queue because based on my observations, this food stall seems under radar (means that they don’t have long queue line compared with other famous food stall nearby).
