Which place do you think serve Briyani Rice or Indian Murtabak, that is worth to try in Singapore?
I have a few in mind. One of them (I proudly recommend) is Zam Zam Restaurant.
I do believe if you stay in Singapore, you would definitely know about this place. This restaurant is a legend.
Operating from 1908, Zam Zam Restaurants keep stay strong and stronger until now and it’s also a well known Indian restaurant not only for Singapore residents but also for tourists who visit Singapore.
Actually, I am frequently eating their Chicken Briyani Rice. Most of the time, I take away the food to eat at home.
Don’t be surprised when you see the Nasi Briyani that they packed doesn’t include meat (Chicken, Fish, Mutton). They are actually not missing out, they just hide it inside the rice.
They serve Chicken Briyani Rice with achar (South Asian pickles), Papadum (Indian Cracker) and curry.
Chicken Briyani Rice portion is pretty huge. You would definitely feel full after eating this Chicken Briyani Rice.
Chicken Briyani Rice taste is so good and quite addictive. I believed you would patronized Zam Zam restaurant again after the first time you tried their Briyani. Believe it or not, I am the living proof for this statement. Hehehe.
