Prawn HKM consists of hokkien mee with two pieces of big size of prawn.
All in HKM consists of hokkien mee with two pieces of prawn, half Boston lobster and few pieces of scallops.
Both hokkien noodles are served with chilli and crispy pork lard.
I can taste wok hei on these both hokkien mee. It’s also tasty. The prawn and Boston lobster are fresh, big and has natural sweet.
The scallops are also fresh and cooked perfectly.
One thing that you should take note when eating this hokkien mee is the chilli. It’s super spicy (for me) 😀. So it will be better to try the chilli first before mixing it with the hokkien mee.
This fried chicken is quite unique. Not like ordinary fried chicken, they seem to use special batter / ingredients to fry this fried chicken. It’s crispy, tasty and very tender.
Lala portion is huge. It’s fresh and tender. Since they provide quite a lot of gravy in this lala, you may consider to mix a bit of lala gravy with the hokkien mee. I try it and I like it. You can also eat this lala with rice.
Zhen De La’s sambal belachan has very strong spicy aroma and as expected, this sambal is super spicy. They said that this sambal is not for amateurs. Hehehe. Well, so I am the amateur on this sambal :p
