The third vegetarian restaurant that I really want to introduce you inside Fortune Centre building is Create Healthy Lifestyle restaurant.
[people] What? This restaurant name is Create Healthy Lifestyle? So perhaps the food that they are serving are super healthy yet tasteless because the more savoury the food is, it’s commonly identical with not so healthy lifestyle…
[me] Who says so? Because Create Healthy Lifestyle restaurant is really serving savoury dish with the ingredients that I think it is healthy.
Yes, I am not so sure about how healthy they are trying to achieve with their cuisine, but I can easily say the food that I have tried is savoury enough.
[people] Which dish that you tried?
[me] Taiwanese Style Mock Stewed Pork Brown Rice Set ($7).
Taiwanese Style Mock Stewed Pork Brown Rice Set contains steamed brown rice covered with bed of mock stewed pork, tomato cubes, green vegetables and sprinkled of sesame seed on top of this dish.
They served this dish in a pretty hot condition until I could saw the smoke floating in the air.
As I was good with the hints, they were indirectly telling me that Taiwanese Style Mock Stewed Pork Brown Rice was tasted best when I ate it while it was still hot.
Ok, roger that. So I wrapped faster my ritual “food photo session before I eat” and tasted the dish.
Once I tried, this Taiwanese Style Mock Stewed Pork Brown Rice immediately reminded me of Nasi Tim (Indonesian steamed rice food with braised chicken / pork slices).
I was soooo glad about that and I didn’t have any comments at all about this dish.
This dish’s taste was simply good as it looked.
Until now, the delicious taste of this Taiwanese Style Mock Stewed Pork Brown Rice is still lingering inside my brain.
