Today I will share with you one place selling nice Japanese Donburi which is located inside Yishun Park Hawker Centre.
The name of this place is Hideki SG.
Hideki SG offers two different ways of ordering the food, which are:
– Create your own bowl meal by choosing a base (Sushi Rice, Soba Noodle or Garden Salad), proteins (Chicken, Pork, Salmon, Unagi and/or 200gm Beef), sauce (Sweet Teriyaki, Truffle Shoyu, Spicy / Cheesy Nacho Cheese or Truffle Mayo) and sides (there a lot of different sides that you can choose).
– Choose available menu suggestions from Hideki which are Aburi Chicken Don, Aburi Pork Belly Don, Greens Galore and Triple Threat. All of these menu come with a sauce of your choice.
As this is my first time visit, I play safe by choosing one of the available menu : Aburi Pork Belly Don with Truffle Mayo sauce.
This Aburi Pork Belly Don consists of Sushi Rice, Aburi Pork Belly, Sautéed Corn and Onsen Egg.

Aburi Pork Belly is mouthwateringly tasty and tender.
The Truffle Mayo sauce’s Truffle taste is not very strong (which is good) so not overpowering this Don overall taste (have good balance of flavour).
Fluffy Tamago is fluffy and nice.
Sushi Rice, Sautéed Corn and Onsen Egg are also yummy.
Overall it’s a good dish to try if you visit Yishun Park Hawker Centre.
