Today I will review another food stall inside Yishun Park Hawker Centre that is selling Indian food named Naina’s Kitchen.
Naina’s Kitchen is selling a lot of variety of Indian food.
I am interested to order Naina’s Kitchen’s Rojak because I am craving to eat Indian Rojak and there are a lot of people queuing at Naina’s Kitchen, so I guess the food are delicious.
Just in case you have never tried Indian Rojak before, Indian Rojak is not the same like Chinese Rojak and Indonesian / Malaysia Rojak. Indian Rojak is more toward savoury category and you can eat it with rice. Chinese Rojak and Indonesian / Malaysia Rojak are more into sweet category and normally it’s not meant to eat with rice.
Indian Rojak commonly consist of many different kind of deep fried food that are normally eaten by dipping it in a red colour sweet spicy sauce.
The way to order this Indian Rojak is to take an empty plate, all fried toppings, potato, etc that you want to add. Then, give it to them and tell them that you want to order Indian Rojak. They will fry and serve it with red colour sauce, shallot and cucumber.
I add few different types of fried toppings such as Plain Fritters, Egg Fritters, Vegetable Fritters and others that I couldn’t remember the name 😬.
They fry it until crispy. The sweet spicy sauce is delicious and the fried toppings are also nice. I like this Indian Rojak.
Next time, I will try the other Indian food at Naina’s Kitchen.
