Today I will share with you one place having interesting “hawker food training centre” concept that I found recently in Singapore named Project Dignity Singapore.
Project Dignity Singapore mission is to restore dignity to the differently-abled and disadvantaged through vocation with passion.
Inside Project Dignity Singapore building has quite a lot different food stalls, such as Chicken Rice, Nasi Lemak, Claypot Rice, Western Food, Fruits, Nanyang Kopi and few other stalls.
One thing I noticed when I stepped into this building was that it was very clean, neat and well organized.
There is one centre point on the side to take orders and pay from any food of the stalls. After I ordered and paid, they gave me the number to collect the food.
Me and my friend ordered Chicken Rendang Nasi Lemak and Claypot Chicken Rice.
Chicken Rendang Nasi Lemak also comes with fried egg, ikan bilis, achar and chilli.
This Chicken rendang is tasty and the chicken portion is a lot. I like it so much.
Claypot Chicken Rice comes with green vegetables, pork sausage, mushroom and fried shallots. They gave generous toppings but the taste was a bit bland for my liking.
I also got free mooncake.
Next time I will try other food, perhaps their Western Food.
