I try three different dishes and one drink.
The first dish is Roasted Miso Glazed Salmon. They use 160g of Air-Flown Chilled Norwegian Salmon. When you order Roasted Miso Glazed Salmon, you can choose two side dishes from total fifteen different side dishes option. I try Scrambled Eggs and Mesclun Salad.
Roasted Miso Glazed Salmon is fresh and delicious. I can taste the sweetness of the Salmon and match well with Scrambled Egg and Mescun Salad. I like this dish so much.
The second dish is Signature Crabmeat Pasta. As reflected in the name of this dish, I believed this pasta is a Rookery signature dish. They are using Blue Swimmer Crab and Tomato Cream Sauce. This dish is spectacularly delicious. They put a loooot of fresh Blue Swimmer Crab in this pasta. Combination between pasta, Blue Swimmer Crab and Tomato Cream Sauce is fantastic. You must order this dish when you visit Rookery.
The third dish that I try is Mushroom soup. This Mushroom soup is served with toast. It’s tasty. I like it.
And for the drink, I try Hendrick’s Negroni. Hendrick’s Negorini is a cocktails that contains of Hendrick’s Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth, Aperol and Dehydrated Grapefruit. If you like cocktails, you should try this Hendrick’s Negroni.
Overall, I am very satisfied having my lunch with Rookery dishes. Thumbs up!
