Today I will share with you another worthy food stall to visit inside Sengkang Kopitiam Square named Sing HK Kitchen.
Sing HK Kitchen appearance was quite colourful thanks to their signboard. Because of that, I was curious to try and in the end I tried their Sing’s Special Baked Chicken Rice ($6.80).
Sing’s Special Baked Chicken Rice was a pretty similar dish like Lam’s Kitchen one.
I was really impressed with Lam’s Kitchen version, so I wondered whether Sing HK Kitchen one could compete or not.
This baked chicken looked really mouthwateringly delicious and it was indeed delicious. The chicken was tender and the taste was just simply delicious.
They also put the sauce to be mixed with the rice, so the rice also became tasty.
The green vegetables and salted preserved vegetables also made this Sing’s Special Baked Chicken Rice tastier.
I really loved this Sing’s Special Baked Chicken Rice. It was really delicious until the taste would still lingering in my mind until now.
So the conclusion is: yes, Sing HK Kitchen Baked Chicken Rice can compete with Lam’s Kitchen one.
