Looking for a not so crowded place yet serving yummy food around Chinatown? You may visit Yuet Sing Seafood.
Yuet Sing Seafood is selling Tze Char dishes. Tze Char is Hokkien term used in Singapore to describe Chinese stalls that provide wide selection of affordable cooked dishes. Normally they cook the dishes straight after you order.
Although there are many pros and cons regarding their food (some say standard drop), I still want to try it myself and check whether the food quality is drop or not (I tried it few years back).
Actually, the recommended dish in here is Salted Egg Chicken, but too bad this Salted Egg Chicken is not included inside the rice menu. After asking the seller recommendation for rice menu, I decided to order Butter Pork Rib rice added with sunny side up egg.
Butter sauce is having a rich flavour and creamy. Combination between Butter sauce (more like gravy for me) and Pork Rib mixed with the rice is delicious but don’t eat too much of the butter sauce. I am worried for some people if they eat this butter sauce too much, it will make them feel too overwhelming with the taste / sick of eating it.
Eat this butter sauce moderately and you will be able to enjoy this Butter Pork Rib rice.
Personally I feel the food taste is still ok. How about your opinion about Yuet Sing Seafood’s food?
