Today I will share with you about delicious porridge. My dear especially bought it for my breakfast because she knew that i would get headache whenever I have an empty stomach.
Although this type of porridge is commonly found in Indonesia, this is not a typical porridge that you would have in Singapore.
What is the difference between this porridge with the one in Singapore? This porridge comes with yellow colour soup and dark orange colour crackers. In Indonesia, this porridge name is Bubur Ayam Kuah kuning a.k.a. Chicken Porridge with Yellow colour Soup.
This porridge itself consists of shredded chicken, slices of youtiao, peanut, belinjo crackers, fried shallots, coriander and sweet soy sauce.
What is the correct way to eat this porridge? Pour yellow colour soup into the porridge. After that, put the dark orange colour crackers on top of the porridge and stir the porridge evenly.
I like this porridge so much. It’s yummy.
