I visited Nana’s Green Tea with my relatives at Plaza Singapura few weeks ago.
Nana’s Green Tea is a Japanese restaurant that is famous for their Matcha Parfait. When it had first opened few years back, I remember there was not many restaurants that were selling parfait. This restaurant might be one of the first restaurant that sells Parfait in Singapore.
I have tried their Matcha Parfait before, so for this time I want to try their meals and of course still ordering the parfait 😀.
They had Everyday Set Lunch from 11:00AM – 02:30PM on weekday and from 11:00AM – 02:00PM on weekend, public holiday & public holiday eve.
This set lunch consists of one main course and one drink for about $14.90 on weekday and $15.90 on weekend.
For the set lunch, we ordered Chicken Teriyaki with Ujicha Hot, Chicken Nanban with Macha Latte Cold and Chicken Katsu Curry with Azuki Latte Hot.
For ala carte, we also ordered Matcha Shiratama Parfait and Black Sesame Shiratama Parfait.
Chicken Teriyaki’s chicken is crispy and the teriyaki sauce is tasty.
Chicken Nanban’s chicken is also crispy.
Both Chicken Teriyaki and Chicken Nanban has similar side dish toppings which are few types of vegetables and potato salad. Rice is also included in these meal. Could you imagine for $15.90, these set has fully packed food (huge size) that definitely will make you full with a decent yummy taste.
Even though Chicken Katsu Curry doesn’t have any side dish like both Chicken Teriyaki and Chicken Nanban, this dish is also a good option to try. Chicken Katsu is crispy and the Curry itself is tasty. The portion is also big.
Matcha Latte Cold and Azuki Latte Hot are the drinks that are worth to consider when you order these set meal. But beware Matcha Latte Cold will make you super full 😀.
Matcha Shiratama Parfait features delicious layers of Matcha Pudding, Ice Cream, Bean Paste and Mochi Balls. This parfait is not so sweet and refreshingly yummy.
Black Sesame Shiratama Parfait has layers of Black Sesame Pudding, Ice Cream, Red Bean Paste and Mochi Balls. This parfait is quite sweet (for my preference) but it’s still yummy.
Overall we were satisfied having our lunch at Nana’s Green Tea.
