Hi all, it’s been a few days hiatus after my last post. I recently feel very tired because WFH is over, so I need to wake up earlier and reach home later plus busy with my works. Some more I still worry about covid situation that appearantely are better but …. still …. covid is not 100% gone.
Since this week is a long holiday, so I have time to share with you one delicious lor mee stall that I recently find at hawker centre opposite Bugis+.
This place name is Bukit Purmei Lor Mee.
Bukit Purmei Lor Mee offers three different prices of Lor Mee: $3.50, $4 and $5. They add fish on $5 one.
They have extra Ngoh Hiang that you can add for extra $1. They also have five different types of noodle that you can choose from normal noodle, round egg noodle, thick bee hoon, bee hoon and kway teow.
I order $5 one to take away because it has fish. Oh ya, there is an additional 20 cents for take away.
After observing the lor mee topping ingredients, I thought fried fish is the one that has round shape. But actually it’s not. I honestly don’t have any idea what is the round shape things. Perhaps Ngoh Hiang but it’s fine if I am wrong because that round shape thing is crispy and nice. For me, I don’t really mind that I don’t know what is that as long as it’s edible and nice 😂.
The fish is the white colour shredded things that they put on top of the lor mee.
The pork and char siew are also nice and yummy.
Overall, this Bukit Purmei Lor Mee has promising lor mee that I don’t mind to keep buying 😊.
