Today I will share with you the food stall inside One Punggol Hawker Centre that has the longest queue named Eng Kee Chicken Wings.
Eng Kee Chicken Wings is famous for their chicken wing. But other than chicken wing, they also sell fried bee hoon, fried kuay teow mee and assorted fritters and vegetables.
Since the queue is super long, let me tell you about assorted fritters and vegetables that they have, so you can calculate first and pick which one you want to add.
They have $1.10 fried bee hoon ($1.40 for bigger portion), $1.10 fried kuay teow mee ($1.40 for bigger portion), $1.10 fried bee hoon mixed with fried kuay teow mee ($1.40 for bigger portion), $1.50 fried chicken wing , $1.40 otah, $1.30 Taiwanese sausage, $1.20 wu xiang, 70 cents luncheon meat, 80 cents white fish cake, 80 cents xiao xi dao, 70 cents egg, 80 cents tofu, $1.20 bian xiang, 80 cents long bean, 70 cents cabbage, $1.40 fish fillet, $1 zai er and $3 value meal (bee hoon + chicken wing + egg).
Finally it was my turn to order after about half and hour queue.
I ordered bigger portion of fried bee hoon mixed with fried kuay teow mee, fried chicken wing, otah and tofu to take away.
Since they are famous with their chicken wing and because of the super long queue, I really put so much expectation.
Actually the chicken wing was nicer than common fried chicken wing. It was crispy and juicy.
The bee hoon mixed with fried kuay teow mee also was not bad.
But honestly this dish is not that extremely delicious for it to be worth the super long queue because there are many delicious food nearby that don’t need to queue until so long.
How do you feel? Do you agree with me?
