I do feel Lao Pa Sat is one of the hawker centre in Singapore that hardly can find google review on it.
I tried to search few times the recommended food around there, but I didn’t get much information on it.
So I just need to follow my instinct to choose the food stall because although the food stall seems no queue, it’s not guarantee that the food is not nice.
Let’s take today’s example. After two times turning around at Lao Pa Sat, I decided to try random Thailand stall named Mr. Tom Yum Thai Kitchen.
Perhaps you were guessing I would try their tom yum, but today it was not the case.
I tried their Pad See Ew with Chicken ($5.50) a.k.a Chicken Fried Hor Fun.
This Thailand version of fried hor fun using wider shape of kway teow and they also put slices of carrot.
The Pad See Ew taste was beyond my expectations. From the looks, this dish looked temptingly shiny and after I tried, I had really fallen in love with this dish.
This Pad See Ew was wet and very tasty. This dish really suited my tastebud.
You should try it when you visit Lao Pa Sat.
