Last month before new regulation to not eat outside has started, I managed to spare my time to service my camera at Nikon Singapore Service Centre (Tai Seng area).
After finishing the service (around more than one hour), I was hungry and looking for a new place that I have never tried before for my late lunch. A long the way, I passed by Ramen Tenji and I was interested to try their ramen.
Since this was my first time try ramen at Ramen Tenji, I asked for their recommendation and they recommended to try Kuro Tonkotsu Ramen. So I followed their recommendation (since I was obedient 😛) to order their set A which was consisted of Kuro Tonkotsu Ramen, 3 pieces of Gyoza, Green Tea and Goma Salad.
Kuro Tonkotsu Ramen consists of Ramen with black colour Broth, Japanese Chashu Pork, Boiled Egg, Kikurage Mushrooms and Scallions.
This Kuro Tonkotsu Ramen is quite tasty, the chashu pork is tender and the boiled egg is nice. The ramen portion is also not bad and the broth is also yummy.
Gyoza is also nice and I also like their Goma Salad.
Ramen Tenji’s price is also not so expensive, so it’s a good option to visit once in a while 😀.
