Today I will show you one legendary fried kway teow around Chinatown area that is very famous and always have very long queue.
It’s Outram Park Fried Kway Teow Mee. I do believe you have heard or tried this fried kway teow.
I went there on the weekend around 11.30am and they already had a very long queue. The good thing is that they already prepare this situation by asking us what we want to order and pay first while we are queueing.
I ordered $4 not spicy fried kway teow without adding extra egg and cockles to take away. Fyi, you need to pay extra $2 for additional cockles and 50 cents for an additional egg.
One thing I noticed is the egg. Even though I don’t request to add extra egg, I do feel this fried kway teow already has more egg compared with other fried kway teow stall that I tried before in Singapore.
I like it so much with their generous egg because this fried kway teow taste becomes more savoury and tastier.
This fried kway teow is trully delicious. It’s still delicious when I eat at home even though I believe the taste will be better when I eat there.
No wonder Outram Park Fried Kway Teow Mee is so famous.
I definitely don’t mind to queue again to buy this fried kway teow in near future 😊.
